SELF ASSESSMENT
A self-assessment involves an individual to imitate on his own special systems that he or she needs to go thru in life. Most peoepl  find themselves imitating upon themselves on several occasions asking themselves why do they do things a certain way or what makes them do the things they do to achieve a task or goal they have, or others have created for them.
The personality tests interest me because I realized most of the results were true. Finding out about the personality test and realizing my actions I found that it tells me about finding why I do the things I do to reach goals and tasks my life The personality tests greatly interest me, I feel as if they can predict a lot about a person and how they normally interact with others, and how a person deals with things on a daily basis.

The personality test make me discovered some interesting things about myself. Since I scored high in extraversion I would most likely be successful in jobs that require interaction with many other people during the day. I am the type of person that would probably suffer in jobs where there is a great deal of autonomy. When I am allowed to do my own thing, and are not tied down by strict rules, I will not most likely fit in that job. The personality test points that out which is true because I want to be an accountant and thier are may ways of becoming one without becoming tied down . I will be free to make my own schedule and who i want to work with when i want to work.

You Majored in What? Chapter 2 and 3 Date: 9/19

Message body

Chapter one gave very important information about majors that don't necessary lead to a job in that field. The chapter showed some illustrations of researched study of many people with their career and college majors that are totally unrelated. The main question asked in this chapter was "what's your reason for choosing this major?"  and it as being a question being asked over and over in my mind. I'm I choosing the right major?

Chapter two was more about connecting the dots in your life and seeing were it leads. This chapter also illustrated many things people do in their lives and they grow that can lead to a potential career. "what if you had a way to organize your past so that you could more clearly see your future?" a major question in this chapter! I used this to analyze my past and conformed I am on the right track.

As a person who as been on many interviews these three sites gave me great in site on how to conduct myself properly in an interview. The main point is to ask questions and become comfortable with your interviewer. Most of all, a first impressing is everything, if someone is hiring you, you would want them to remember you because they might be interviewing ten people that day alone. I have not fully reached my career goals yet so I'm sure I am going to be on many more interviews and these sites with defiantly help me through them.

Three questions i would ask my interview:

What's your biggest source of job satisfaction?

Would you mind telling me about how your career got you to this point?

Can you tell me about the culture here?

I enjoyed reading both websites and understanding what they had to say. Website number one to me was more about strategies especially for women in a male tenanted work environments. it gave allot of insights on how to handle challenges in an organization. the website also gave numerous ideas on how to to handle situations both inside and outside of a work environments.

Website number two was much more focused on skills and what a person can offer their future employer. This website gave techniques on how to set up a resume, were you should put your skills so that who is reading it can get a full understanding what kind of the person you are. It also gave insight on what your fucuse can be weather is be customer focus, communication, or writing skills. Preferably reading website number two it had more information I feel can be more usefull to me.
